The Kansas Chapter is Back!

We are excited to report that the Kansas Chapter of Delta Upsilon is back on the KU campus and will once again reside at 1025 Emery Road this fall!

The past 30 days has been a flurry of activity as AKL turned back the keys to our beloved chapter house and we have been preparing for 50 men to report for the start of school.

However, we continue to discover maintenance projects and supplies that the chapter needs, and unfortunately continue to outpace our current financial position.

A generous alumnus has agreed to match all contributions to the Alumni Corporation. These dollars will help support:

• Roof replacement: the roof has reached its useful life expectancy and late July storms hastened its replacement
• Mattress replacement
• Furniture, specifically chairs  so that the entire chapter can enjoy meals together, as well as furnish the academic support areas 
• Kitchen dishes and serving pieces
• New appliances such as refrigerator, microwave and toasters for the night kitchen for when meals are not provided
